Refund & Exchange Policy

At Project Optical, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our eyewear. Because many of our products are custom-made or prescription-based, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Prescription Eyewear

• Prescription lenses are custom-made and therefore non-refundable.

• If you experience any issues with your prescription lenses, we will remake or adjust them at no additional charge within 30 days of purchase (with a valid prescription).

Frames

• Frames may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with packaging.

Non-Prescription Sunglasses & Accessories

• Non-prescription sunglasses and accessories may be exchanged within 7 days if unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.

Services

• Eye exam fees and professional services are non-refundable.

Special Orders

• Custom or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
