• Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid possible fees.

• Payment is due at the time of purchase.

• Prescription lenses are custom-made and non-refundable.

• Frames may be eligible for store credit within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

• All website content belongs to Project Optical and may not be copied without permission.
