Appointments & Eye Exams
Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. We request timely cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to attend an appointment without 24 hours notice may result in fees.
Payments
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns on purchases. We offer store credit on frames only, within 7 days of purchase, provided the frames are unused and in original condition.
Please note:

Prescription lenses are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit, as they are custom-made to your individual specifications.
